Meredith will be offering a Subtle Yoga class that will consist of mindful movement and meditation to increase body awareness, reduce stress, and promote a feeling of balance. Subtle Yoga is a person-centered approach to yoga practice which can be tailored to different body types and physical abilities. This type of yoga calms the nervous system, improves breathing and increases the mind-body connection.
